- Graphic design definition
- Design, Realisation and Deployment (Integration testing, User Acceptance Tests support, Cutover and Go Live)
- Support during Business process drafting for User Acceptance Tests Plan
- Training strategy preparation and End Users Training
- Rollout follow up on other sites
